Reminder that we are going to have a short call today at 4:00 ET (in about 15 mins).  We are going to discuss:

1. Improvements / amendments to the current FINRA Discovery Guide (ideas floated around thus far are attached).
2. Analysis of costs to the Claimant in the proposed AAA Securities Investor Dispute Arbitration Rules (latest draft of those rules are attached).
3. Discovery Guide (a/k/a Securities Investor Document Exchange Lists) that would be applicable to cases subject to the proposed AAA Securities Investor Dispute Arbitration Rules.
