Hey folks. We are going to move the arbitration committee call scheduled for today to next Tuesday, July 23rd at 3:00 CST.
Jason and his office have been working on a proposed Discovery Guide to be used in connection with Securities Investor Disputes in AAA Arbitrations. We hope to be able to circulate in advance of the call.
We could also use some help developing a compelling argument for AAA that the costs to Claimant should be minimal. As a starting point, we were hoping to prepare a summary of the history as to why the costs of consumer cases are what they are and what sort of evolution on costs in consumer cases may have taken place over the years.
