I believe that AAA consumer award information [very incomplete] is available in an excel spreadsheet somewhere in the adr.org website.
I have also seen some awards on a website called ‘Level Playing Field’.
As you may know, AAA will provide the list of pending and closed cases for the Respondent and their counsel in consumer arbitrations.
